JOIN equips emerging operators, entrepreneurs, and investors with a combination of traditional, textbook-based learning and direct exposure to real-time challenges in Secha’s portfolio companies operating in Africa’s high-growth, often overlooked industries. The program equips participants with practical skills, access to deal flow and networks, and the opportunity to solve real problems alongside experienced practitioner-investors—preparing them to create lasting economic and social impact across the continent.

Requirements

  • Ages 22–35
  • Full-time professionals considering a transition into VC/PE/SME leadership.
  • Interest in high-impact investing and scaling SMEs.
  • Based in (or committed to) Southern Africa.
